Tracking information is automatically sent via email the second we ship! If you're having trouble finding your tracking information, check your junk inbox.
All orders made Sunday through Friday morning will be shipped out within one business day unless you are notified otherwise. Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days.
If you do not receive your order, you must contact email@example.com within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification.

I purchased something at your Old City location. Can I return it?
Qualifying items* purchased in-store at our Old City location can be returned within 14 days for store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, untreated and all original tags must be attached.
*The following items are final sale: sale items, hats, shoes, underwear, tights, & socks.
I purchased something online. Can I return it?
Qualifying items* purchased online are eligible for a full refund when returned within 14 days of the delivery date. A packing slip is included in all shipped orders and must be included in your return. If you wish to return something, please circle the item, check off the reason for returning, and include the packing slip in your return order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, untreated and all original tags must be attached. Please ship returns to 219 Market Street, Philadelphia PA 19106.

Shipping is non-refundable.
Do you offer free returns?
We do not cover return costs unless an item is damaged; however, you can purchase one directly from us for a flat rate of $7.99. Please click below if you would like to purchase a return label directly from us.
You are also free to purchase your own shipping label.
If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the shipping cost of the new item!
When can I expect my refund?
