Will COVID-19 effect my order?

We are processing orders and shipping on a regular basis (within 24-48 business hours); however, mail delivery service (USPS, UPS, & FedEx) are experiencing 1-2 day delays, so please be patient!

Where is my order?

Tracking information is automatically sent via email the second we ship! If you're having trouble finding your tracking information, check your junk inbox.

All orders made Sunday through Friday morning will be shipped out within one business day unless you are notified otherwise. Orders typically arrive in 3-5 business days.

If you do not receive your order, you must contact sierra@smakparlour.com within 30 days of receiving your shipping notification.

Do you offer free exchanges?
