REFUND POLICY FOR WEB ORDERS
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to try and make it better! Please read our simple Return Policy for online orders below and if you have any questions, you can always contact us!
Returns for online orders:
-Merchandise may be returned for a refund within 30 days of the date your order shipped from us.
-Refunds will be processed on the same card used for the original transaction.
-Returned items must be un-washed, un-worn, and the tags must be attached.
-Include your original receipt, and circle the items you wish to return.
-Shipping is non-refundable, unless of course, we made a shipping boo-boo.
-Please allow us 5-7 business days to process your return once we receive it.
-Merchandise may be exchanged for a store credit within 30 days of the date you order shipped from us.
-Due to our limited quantities per unique style we can’t guarantee an exchange. However, we will issue you a store credit that never expires, and if the right size in the right style is available, you can use your store credit to purchase that item. Yay!
-Return shipping is non-refundable but we will grant you FREE SHIPPING back on the exchanged order! :)
To return or exchange your product, you should mail your product to: 219 Market Street Philadelphia, PA 19106. Please allow 5-10 days for package transit. This will ensure that we receive your return within the 30 day window.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged.
Trouble with your order?
-In the event you have received damaged or defective merchandise, please contact us within 3 days of receipt and we will refund your purchase.
